Solution to Refreshment No 2
As i said in the hint ,
Considering it as series of numbers we get
3,5,10,12,14,28,30,32.
Now you can immediately see that there is pattern in the group of 3
3,5 10,12,14 28,30,32
I don't think this need to be explained.
So probable answer is 1 or 7 but if you see that ending of second group and starting of 3rd group is related :
28 = 14 *2
so
10 = 5*2.
Thus it cant be 7 and answer to this question is 1

Solution to Puzzle No 32
REGIONAL MASYU
Here you can again see that N=1 for this puzzle. It means in every region only one turn is allowed.
So a region with black dot will contain turn at that dot itself. There will be no turn at any other place in that region. This is one of the technique you can use to crack this type of puzzle.
